Customer service is the worst
"I ordered this bag two months ago from the Marucci team store because my son’s team is a Marucci franchise club. We still haven’t received it and I have to beg for an update from customer service. Each time is a different story: it’s in production, we don’t have shipping material. It’s always something. Buy from somewhere else."
