Order Processing and Shipping

  • Custom wood bats: Typically 3–4 weeks, unless you pay $35 for expedited production (ready within 10 business days).

  • Metal/aluminum bats with engraving: Ship in 2–3 business days.

  • Non-custom items: Ship in 1–2 business days (plus transit time).

    Call 1‑888‑MARUCCI during business hours right away. We’ll help if the order hasn’t entered production —custom items cannot be changed once in process.

Product Inquiries

    BBCOR (Bat‑Ball Coefficient of Restitution) applies to big barrel bats (25/8″, -3 oz). Required in high school (since 2012) and college play. Bats must have a BBCOR stamp to certify compliance.

    BPF stands for Bat Performance Factor. The BPF standard measures how fast a ball can come off the bat. The ruling for USSSA 1.15 BPF certification went into effect on January 1, 2012 for all youth and senior league bats (both small and big barrel) to be used in USSSA play. The USSSA 1.15 BPF, just like the BBCOR stamp, must be permanently stamped on the bat for easy recognition.

    These bats are pro-grade but not made to a specific player’s exact specs —they’re offcut from pro orders and sold to the public. Same high quality, but only customizable by length and color.

    We offer two types of wood bats: ash and maple. Ash is a soft, open grain wood. Indentions will occur with an ash bat; however, these indentions are normal and will not affect the bat’s overall performance. Ash bats will also tend to flake with gradual use. “Flaking” occurs when the open grains of the ash start to split apart, therefore causing the wood to look like it is flaking off. If you are opposed to the “flaking” and open grains of the ash bats, please consider the maple bat, which is a much harder, closed grain wood.

Warranty and Returns

    Warranty applies to Pro Model and Custom Pro wood bats, plus aluminum/composite metal bats. Apparel, accessories, and other products aren’t covered.

    Use the Warranty portal at warranty.maruccisports.com, complete the Return Authorization Form, and follow the instructions.

    Within 3–5 business days of receipt, we’ll ship your replacement or contact you. You’ll get a UPS tracking email when it ships.

    Yes —a one-time 30‑day warranty for Pro Model and Custom Pro woods purchased on maruccisports.com (registration required within 7 days for off-site purchases).

    Aluminum bats have a 12‑month warranty from purchase. See details on the Warranty & Returns page.

    We’ll do our best, but replacements are normally the same size and color. We’ll accommodate different preferences when possible.

    Yes — engraving from the original bat will be duplicated on your warranty bat.

    Severe dents, structural cracks, or damaged end caps/knobs under normal use within 1 year. Paint chips are not covered.

  • Yes! Bats purchased from maruccisports.com can be exchanged. Proof of purchase required. Return shipping occurs within 7 business days, and price differences are settled accordingly.

  • Engraved or used bats are not eligible.

  • Items purchased off-site must be returned to the original seller.

  • Yes, for unengraved aluminum bats frommaruccisports.comwithin 30 days —must be unused, original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Refunds (minus shipping and a restocking fee) are issued within 10 business days of receipt.

  • For off-site purchases, return policies vary by retailer.

    Customers may be responsible for VAT, GST, import duties, and brokerage fees upon delivery. UPS may offer reduced brokerage under eBP in some countries. Marucci pays shipping; you pay customs and fees.

    A 30‑day guarantee on helmets and non-personalized fielding gloves purchased from maruccisports.com —try them and return if they don’t fit. Contact Customer Service to arrange a return.
