University of Louisiana – Monroe [ULM] has signed a multi-year equipment sponsorship with Marucci Sports. This is yet another big addition to the strong list of players dominating the field with Marucci’s gear.

“We are thrilled to add ULM as a college fastpitch partner. Being able to align with another Sun Belt team, but this one in our home state of Louisiana, only helps strengthen the Marucci fastpitch brand even more. ULM will help to drive awareness of our product’s performance in our own back yard as well as across the nation during regular season play,” said Allison Parsell, Marucci’s Director of Softball.

Marucci Sports will be the exclusive provider of bats, fielding gloves, batting gloves, Lizard Skins grips and protective gear. The Warhawks will step up to the plate with the Echo DMND and Echo Connect DMND, the popular fastpitch bat from Marucci and one that is growing popularity in the community. Years of athlete data and rigorous testing has gone into the development of this bat line and it’s earning its way onto fastpitch fields across the country every day.

Coach Fichtner will be entering her fifth season with the Warhawks in 2023. Fichtner has been establishing a great tradition at ULM, with recent success in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament with victories for two consecutive years and signature wins over Louisiana Tech and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
