Clemson University Baseball Forms Official Partnership with Marucci Sports

The University of Clemson baseball program has signed a multi-year contract with Marucci Sports as an official partner of the program.

“In our continued quest to find the right partners at the collegiate level, we are excited to welcome the Clemson Baseball program into the Marucci family.” Said Kyle Achord, Vice President of Direct Sales at Marucci Sports. “Coach Bakich is one of the top coaches in the country. His passion for data, technology, and analytics aligns with our dedication to making the best products possible utilizing information from our cutting-edge performance lab and on-field feedback from players. With 46 NCAA Tournament appearances and 12 College World Series appearances, we look forward to helping the program continue their tradition of success.

Marucci will be working closely with the staff at Clemson to supply its athletes with performance driven products such as the CATX2, helmets, bags, batting gloves, catcher’s gear and Lizard Skins grips. Marucci prides itself on providing top of the line products on the field and superior customer service off the field. We’re eager to see our products in the hands of the elite athletes and coaches of the Clemson baseball program on the field next season in Clemson, SC.

Coach Bakich has led the Clemson baseball program to an impressive 88 wins in his time as head coach of the Tigers being one of only six programs to total 44+ wins in both 2023 and 2024. Last season he led the Tigers to their best finish since 2010 in which they captured a regional title.
