"I cam believe it, really great quality, beautiful bats, I ordered 6 bats for my Grroms squad for my special photo session with 2 months in advance, they did one of them wrong , it took me 3 emails and 5 calls and still didn't get the replacement back on time, and I still haven't upntill this point even tough a rush service was promised. Definitely, I just want my money back. Really bad customer service, not from one but, from every representative that just keeps promising follow up emails and never do, until you waste time and call them again."
