"The bat took twice as long to get as advertised. Marucci was unapologetic about it. Once I got the bat, I used it during two practices and two games and it snapped. I don’t suggest this bat or using Marrucci. Warranty wouldn’t cover it, since it was after 60 days purchase. Hard to use when more than a few times when it takes that long to get the bat."

"Custom Precision! I ordered this bat for my son. He plays at a high level and is older… However, when he opened it, it brought the inner child, smile, and fun of the game right to his face! He loved every part of it to include the marble handle and sharp presentation! Everything was exactly as ordered and beyond our expectations. The ordering was simple, the customer service was professional and knowledgeable as I had to call them with my questions, the delivery was on time and Perfect. The product is professional and outstanding!"

"I probably should have left a 1 star, but I wanted to be fair. The bats seems okay, but nothing special. The part that gets you is that Marucci has hired such a terrible group for customer service. The website gave a turn around date of 2 weeks. When order was submitted I got an email saying it would arrive in 10-14 business days. When you googled the bat, it said “get by” and had a date of 10 business days. So I ordered it for a college players expecting at worse getting it in 4 weeks, before the player left for summer league. After 3-4 weeks, I emailed customer service and kept getting “Chuck” as an agent. He wasn’t helpful. I showed him email of arrival date and showed him pictures of where the website promised a much sooner date. I was offered no apologies, no chance of refund, NOTHING. He squarely blamed me and wrote it off as though I was some idiot who should have known better. I had always been pro Marucci until this experience, but I will never deal with this company, again."

"Bat is nicely balanced. With the weight closer to the hand the bat swings like a -5. The thin handle completes the great feel of the bat. The sweet spot has a noise that gets people's attention. Overall out of numerous high level wood bats I own. This one is #1 I can not say that the torpedo adds distance or exit velocity but the feel speaks for itself. Bat is nicely crafted as well"

"Bought this to replace a new ash bat when the handle broke off during my son’s BP. The Lindy12 Torpedo bat has great pop and has withstood two BP sessions without breaking. It has a great sound, he swings it well, it has excellent pop (similar to what his Hype Fire provides), and I hope to see a lot of success with this bat."

"It cost more money than the bat cost to ship it to Canada i never would have purchased the bat if I knew the shipping cost. I would recommend to anyone FROM Canada to avoid buying any bats right now unless you want to pay an extra $200 to get it. I also send an email to Marucci with no response from them, so they obviously don't care about what their customers think."

"This bat is so well weighted and has an amazing sweet. Am very happy with this purchase."

"There is no information on the website about the drop weight. I had made the assumption that it would be somewhere between a -2 and a -3 given that this is supposed to be a balanced bat. The 33" bat I received weighs over 33 ounces, which is much heavier than it should be."
