No customer service, low quality cleats
"I have called and emailed this past week about the cleats I bought my son. No one replied to my email. The calls went unanswered, every single day. My son had worn these cleats in less than 10 games since he received them the first week of February. One metal spike has fallen out, several other spikes on both cleats are bent, about to fall out. I just wanted to find out from Marucci what the warranty on these cleats are. For $100 cleats, they did not hold up at all. Very disappointed in the cleats and with Marucci customer service."
