"I asked for the engraving to be done without the extra stuff - like only engrave the words I put in the box and not engrave “this bat engraved for” or whatever it actually says. I also didn’t realize the date would be stamped, I would have ordered on a special day or provided a special date to be stamped. Also, I paid for a rush order but didn’t receive rush services."

"I’ve been a Louisville Slugger wooden bat guy since I started playing in my wooden bat league. Last year I switched things up to Marucci and couldn’t be happier! It is a great bat with lots of pop. While the swings feel the same, the overall quality and longevity of the Marucci bat seems so much better. I’ve probably hit close to 1000 balls with my Marucci bat between games and batting practice and there really isn’t hardly any noticeable wear on the barrel of the bat."

"Can’t give Marucci enough credit for going above and beyond. Product is great. What was exceptional was Marucci’s response to a shipping problem. Three weeks from Christmas the shipper notified me the box was empty and they would be reporting the missing product to Marucci. I had a feeling that was not going to happen so I called Marucci, this is now two and a half weeks from Christmas. Somehow Marucci rallied, made a new custom bat and got it to us in time for Christmas. Incredible customer service fixing a problem they did not create. Thanks for going the extra mile to make a kids Christmas morning exceptional!"
