Cool look, poor quality, great customer service so far…
"We loved the look of these cleats, such a cool throwback! My 12 year old picked these and totally stood out. We got them in white fully knowing they’d get dirty but baseball isn’t supposed to be clean right? Immediately I thought the leather looked a little off, almost had a papery texture to it. I was optimistic still. After only a few weeks of wearing, my son showed me that the cleat was starting to separate from the bottom. I reached out to customer service with a picture and right away I was told that a replacement pair was being shipped! Amazing! We planned to try and repair the existing cleat and use those for practice while keeping the new pair “cleaner” for games. While waiting on the replacement of course my son still wore the cleats to practice, and only a few days later we just discovered that the entire bottom of the cleat has now cracked, making me wonder how the papery leather held on longer than the metal bottom 🤔 I’ve reached out to customer service again and currently waiting a resolution. If the quality issues can be fixed I’d have given these a higher rating but at the price we paid for these we can’t have these cleats lasting barely a month. Seems like a new design that needs to be tested a little better. Hopeful that Marucci can make it right."
