"The bat is awesome. Of course I don’t think anyone would expect anything less than perfection from Marucci. The real amazing part of the bat is the customer service and support that came with it. The original was lost in transit by the shipping company and upon calling customer support, the Marucci team member called the warehouse to confirm stock and had a replacement second day aired for my son’s present. No questions or difficulty, just sincere concern about making sure my kid was taken care of. Truly amazing. I am still just completely impressed that this level of service still exists in retail. Thank you Marucci and keep up the amazing work innovation in baseball."

No a great Experience
"I purchased my new bat which I was very excited about. I paid extra to have it shipped quicker. I took more than two eeeks to arrange shipping and bat took about 4 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, I thought it was shrunk wrapped in plastic but learned that the lawyer was over applied down through the handle. This made it unsafe to use. I spoke with customer service and they asked me for pictures before they would approve the bat to be returned. Finally, I got the return and this was three weeks ago. Since then Crickets!! Nothing. No info or ETA."

Was skeptical, until I wasn't
"I've played baseball for almost 40 years now. I love trying out new tech and I must admit I was skeptical about this new design. However, I am really enjoying this bat. I'm definitely driving the ball farther, and staying up the middle more easily. The bat feels a lot quicker, but not necessarily lighter. The quality from Marucci is top notch, and I love the finish. Huge fan of the birch too - it sounds so amazing. I highly recommend adding one of these to your rotation if you're curious - I will be buying one cut from Maple next."
