Thumb Seam Failed Almost Immediately
"I purchased a pair of Marucci Blacksmith Wrap Adult Batting Gloves (Size XL) because I’ve always associated the Marucci name with premium baseball equipment. Unfortunately, these gloves were a major disappointment. After only a limited amount of use, the leather on the palm at the base of the thumb tore completely through. For the price, I expected these gloves to last far longer than they did. The rest of the glove is still in excellent condition, making the premature failure even more frustrating. To make matters worse, Marucci’s warranty specifically excludes apparel and accessories, so there appears to be no warranty coverage for what I believe is a manufacturing or material defect. I really wanted to like these gloves because they fit well and were comfortable, but durability is just as important. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend them unless Marucci is willing to stand behind the product and make things right. I have reached out to their customer service and hope they’ll consider replacing them as a goodwill gesture despite the written warranty."

Great gloves
"A friend of mine gave me a pair of these in the black, blue, and pink version and i loved them. They fit great and felt very comfortable and had a good amount of grip. I decided to purchase another pair in the black, white, and red version. I haven’t gotten a chance to use them yet but i’m confident i’ll love them as much as my previous pair once they’re broken in. I definitely recommend."
