BATON ROUGE – Marucci announced Friday that Impact Sports Academy has signed a 3-year extension as a Marucci Founders’ Club organization.
“We are excited that Impact Sports Academy made the decision to sign a new deal with Marucci Sports as a member of the Founders’ Club,” Marucci VP of Team Sales Kyle Achord said. “Their growth over the last 3 years is incredible and is a tribute to the leadership they have in their organization. The amount of professional baseball experience they have in their organization is unsurpassed. We look forward to facilitating ISA’s continued growth and helping them accomplish the goals they have for their organization.”
ISA’s primary focus is on quality instruction and long-term development for its players. The group is in its third year and will field 32 teams this season. ISA recently revealed a massive new indoor training facility that will open in 2020.
“ISA is extremely proud and excited to extend our Marucci partnership with a new agreement,” said ISA owner Jason Berken. “Our goal as a company is to strategically partner with groups that share the same visions and goals that we do. When it comes to Marucci, they align perfectly: the athlete comes first and they are always striving to get better and most importantly supply our athletes with the best products on the market.
“Marucci may be one of the biggest and well-known baseball companies in the game, but ISA and our families have always been made to feel like a top priority. Being part of the Founders’ Club is something that we do not take for granted and feel extremely fortunate to be part of!”
About the Marucci Founders’ Club
The founders of Marucci built the company on a dedication to superior quality and a relentless pursuit of excellence that extended beyond the game of baseball. That pursuit of excellence has allowed Marucci to forge partnerships with some of the nation’s premier amateur baseball and softball organizations. With core values that align with those of the Marucci Founders, these programs were selected for their dedication to excellence on and off the field, reputation as a positive influence in their community, and commitment to growing their organization and, in turn, the Marucci mission. We call this elite alliance the Founders’ Club.
