BATON ROUGE, LA– Announced Friday, 9ers Baseball Club signs extension with Marucci Founders’ Club.
After years of successful partnership, the New Jersey based 9ers Baseball Club has signed a 5-year extension with the exclusive Marucci Founders’ Club. “In my 10 years running the 9ers Baseball Club I've made a lot of decisions. The best one I made was joining Marucci years ago. It’s a great group of people that are passionate about what they do,” said Robert Madia, Owner and President of the 9ers Baseball Club.
Competing in divisions 11U to 17U, the esteemed club plays throughout the Northeast as well as national tournaments, including the Marucci World Series. The 9ers’ coaches and staff take pride in developing their players for collegiate play and beyond. Over 140 alumni have signed with college teams, and several have been drafted professionally.
“When we first met Rob, our Marucci team was playing his 9ers in the Perfect Game Super 25 National Championship. We were so impressed with his team that we targeted them when starting the Founders’ Club,” said Vice President of Team Sales Kyle Achord. “Rob and the 9ers Baseball Club have been with us since day one and have endured some early growing pains. We appreciate him, his coaches, players, and parents staying loyal to Marucci. We enjoy our relationship with Rob and his staff, and look forward to continuing in the future.”
About the Marucci Founders’ Club
The founders of Marucci built the company on a dedication to superior quality and a relentless pursuit of excellence that extended beyond the game of baseball. That pursuit of excellence has allowed Marucci to forge partnerships with some of the nation’s premier amateur baseball and softball organizations. With core values that align with those of the Marucci Founders, these programs were selected for their dedication to excellence on and off the field, reputation as a positive influence in their community, and commitment to growing their organization and, in turn, the Marucci mission. We call this elite alliance the Founders’ Club.
