Pro Hitting Drills: Francisco Lindor

Marucci partner Francisco Lindor is one of the brightest young hitters in baseball. He's a switch hitter that hits for average, but he's got enough pop in his bat to be a viable power threat as well. From both sides of the plate, Lindor is a tough out, and he credits a fundamental hitting routine to much of his offensive success.
1. One-Hand Trainer- Tee
a. One-hand, tee in the middle of the plate (5 swings)
b. One-hand, tee on the outside corner (5 swings)
c. One-hand, tee on the inside corner (5 swings)
d. One-hand, tee in the middle of the plate (5 swings)
2. Regular Bat (Lindy12)- Tee
a. Tee in the middle of the plate (5 swings)
b. Tee on the outside corner (5 swings)
c. Tee on the inside corner (5 swings)
"Then I have to do it righty," Lindor said. "If I do it lefty then I have to do it righty. That's why I try not to do 50-60 on one side because then I'd have to do the same thing on the otherside. I have to keep it balanced."
