After months of Big League product testing and feedback, Marucci is proud to introduce our second line of fielding gloves, the Honor The Game Series. Built on the same dedication to quality and understanding of players’ needs, the HTG Series complements the original Marucci Founders’ Series with Big League approved web designs and new lengths never before released ensuring Marucci has a glove to fit every player’s individual preferences.

Something that hasn’t changed from the Founders’ Series is that all gloves in the HTG Series are skillfully and individually handcrafted. This individualized assembly ensures high quality, superior attention to detail, and a custom feel straight out of the box.

One of the major differences with the HTG series is the type of shell leather used in construction. Our Big League feedback directed us to use a material that provides a more game-ready feel, but that can still withstand the rigorous demands of the professional player. Our premium Japanese tanned, USA A-grade Steerhide remains incredibly durable over time after a relatively quick break-in period.

The HTG Series expands the Marucci glove line to offer webs and sizes for all positions, some of which had not been released previously. Our popular infield models, the 11.25” I-Web and 11.5” T-Web, return in this series, but we’ve added a 11.75” H-Web to give infielders another web option to complement the 11.75” Single Post from the Founders’ Series. For outfielders, we’ve included a 12.75” T-Web to go along with the Founders’ Series H-Web in the same size.

One web design that is brand new to the HTG Series is the 12” Basket T web, ideal for pitchers. This new web adds to the Founders’ Series Pitcher’s Two-Piece and T-Web designs.

The HTG series offers first base and catcher’s mitts in new sizes as well. Our 12.5” First Base Mitt features a two-piece pattern to aid break-in and help keep shape, as well as a Double H-Web to evenly distribute weight in the pocket, increasing long-lasting performance.

The Catcher’s Mitt in the HTG series is 32.5” inches and includes double-lace reinforced solid web and an extended pocket length that increases the catching area.
