Returns or exchanges are available for items purchased directly from within 30 days from date of receipt. Please see below for specific conditions for return/exchange based on specific product categories. Return/exchange is not available for clearance items or personalized products (i.e. engraved metal bats). We do offer a one year warranty on all of our aluminum and composite bats as well as a 30 day warranty on our Custom Pro and Pro Model wood bats. To initiate a return or exchange please visit your customer account and select the “return items” option next to the order you wish to return.  Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email. If you have any questions on this process, please email our customer service team at


  • Apparel, Bags, and Batting Gloves
    • Item must be in new condition and include all original tags
    • Item must not be washed, worn, or altered
  • Protective Gear
    • Item must be new and unused and include all original packaging
  • Metal Bats and Accessories
    • Item must be new and unused INSIDE all original packaging 
    • Customized items (engraving) are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Wood Bats
    • Non-custom bats only
    • Item must be new, unused, and un-altered
    • Custom Pro wood bats are not available for return or exchange
  • Sunglasses
    • Product should be returned with the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was included with the product. Product must be in original condition.
  • Fielding Gloves
    • Pro-Fit Guarantee: 30-day return available for all non-personalized gloves
    • Item must be returned with all original packaging
  • Clearance Items
    • No returns or exchanges are available for clearance items
