Exchanges for non-customized aluminum bats
Non-customized aluminum bats can be exchanged within ninety days of original receipt. Marucci will not exchange bats that have been engraved. Bats must be new, unused, in the original packaging, and must include a proof of purchase or receipt. If a customer desires to exchange the bat for a bigger size, the customer will pay the difference in price between the two bats. For all exchanges, we will ship a replacement product within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the product. Restocking fees will not be applied on exchanges.
Returns for non-customized aluminum bats
Bats must be returned within thirty days of original receipt. Bats should be new, unused, in the original packaging, and must include a proof of purchase or receipt. For all qualifying returns, Marucci will issue a refund to your credit card within 2 business days from the date we receive the product. Refunds will amount to the cost of the product minus the original shipping fee and a $9.99 restocking fee.
Marucci Accessories/Apparel
All Marucci accessories and apparel merchandise are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-wood Warranty Information
Marucci offers our customers some of the finest wood and metal bats on the market. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the bat due to one or more of the reasons listed below, and it is under warranty, Marucci will be happy to provide the customer with repair or one-time replacement of the bat within one year from the date purchased. You must be the original bat owner.
The Marucci Factory Warranty on non-wood bats covers the following three items only. Wood bats are not covered under warranty.
- Bats with severe dents that resulted from normal use and occurred within one year from the date of purchase.
- Bats featuring structural cracks that resulted from normal use within one year from the date of purchase.
- Bats with damaged end plugs or knobs that occurred within one year from purchase date.
Marucci reserves the right to repair or replace bats based upon our judgment of use. The person requesting this replacement must be the original bat owner, and the warranty applies only if the bat was used under normal conditions. Bats that have been altered or those damaged due to improper care, accidents, misuse, overuse, or negligence do not qualify for warranty.
The following items and situations are not covered: grip replacement, abuse or misuse, and bats used in commercial batting cages.
Marucci reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in the judgment of Marucci, abuses the Marucci product and/or Marucci warranty policy. Marucci reserves the right to perform any testing that is deemed necessary to determine if the bat meets warranty requirements. Warranties will not be honored unless the purchaser can supply a valid receipt from an authorized Marucci dealer. This is a manufacturer’s warranty, and we ask that you not return your bat to the authorized dealer. Please return it to the address listed below. Bats purchased from third-parties sites such as PayPal, eBay, or any other auction site will not be considered valid.
Please note that products must go through a review period and be approved prior to replacement.

Return Request Procedure
To request a return for a product ordered, you will need to login with the customer information used upon purchase. Go to the Order History section of the store and search the orders placed under this account. Once you have located the order, click on the order number to view the order invoice. At the bottom of the order invoice there will be a Create Return Request form listing each product that is eligible. If you do not see the Create Return Request form below the invoice, the time during which the return request could be placed has expired.
Once the form is submitted, it will take up to 3 business days to receive your return authorization number. Upon receipt of your authorization number, send the RA# form with your bat and proof of purchase by a prepaid carrier to:
